ESTOPPEL/CONDO QUESTIONNAIRE/NOTARY FEE FOR AFFADAVITS OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS INSTRUCTIONS

Per Florida Statute 720.30851(6), Florida Statute 718.116(8) and DBPR Adjustment to Estoppel Certificate Fees, Chapter 2017-93, Effective July 1, 2022

Please note that we require payment in advance of $299.00 for estoppel certificates and condo questionnaires to be completed (each). If a rush is requested for receipt of estoppel within three (3) business days, there is an additional fee of $119.00. If the unit/parcel is delinquent in payments to the association, there is an additional fee of $179.00. Check(s) must be made payable to CMH Management, LLC. If an Affidavit of Sufficient Funds is required to be notarized by CMH Management, there will be an additional fee of $100.00 payable to CMH Management, LLC which must also be paid in advance.
