CMH Management, LLC, specializes in homeowner association and condominium association management. Our services include commercial, residential, on-site, portfolio, mentoring, virtual CAM and deed restriction-only management services.
CMH is the acronym for "Cindy Montsinger Homes", originally built as a real estate website representing buyers in the purchase of real property. CMH has grown into a community association management company and became a Licensed CAM Firm in 2012.
Owner Cynthia Montsinger Morales is an Orlando, Florida native with a B.A. Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a Paralegal Certification from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with an MBA pending from Kaplan University.
